The success of Novikov Restaurant & Bar in London inspired restaurateurs Arkadiy Novikov and Alexander Sorkin to open an eponymous project in Moscow.
The first floor of The Ritz-Carlton, Moscow was chosen for the new restaurant. Pan Asian cuisine is accompanied by minimalist geometric design.
The black walls of the main hall contrast harmoniously with red and gray chairs, wooden tables and a dramatic stained glass wall.
A distinctive feature of the restaurant is the open kitchen fronted by a black marble sushi bar. Guests choose from an inviting display of live langoustines, lobsters, prawns and king crabs. Novikov Restaurant & Bar in Moscow and London share the same concept and a similar menu, but each location offers signature dishes, with innovative flourishes conceived by talented chefs.
Besides the main restaurant there is also a VIP room. An abundance of wood trim, a fireplace and large oval table provide an excellent atmosphere for negotiations and celebrations.
The summer terrace can be accessed both from the street and the restaurant to spend a warm summer evening in a garden oasis.
